We rested with a boyfriend in September 2016. We chose the Luna 4 hotel on the recommendation of a travel agency. We studied the reviews, which are mostly positive and satisfied with their choice and went on a trip to the golden sands. We arrived at the hotel early around 10 am, the girl at the reception told us that we would be settled in an hour, which we were delighted with and decided to go to the bank to exchange money. An hour later, we came with the confidence that we will be settled, the girl at the reception made round eyes and said that the rooms were not free, wait another hour. We waited another hour, approached again, heard the same thing, in an hour you will be settled for sure, in general, this went on until two in the afternoon, as the settlement is generally supposed to be. The last time we came up at half past two to ask if the rooms were free, a sea of indignation and indignation fell upon us from this lady from the reception, who told us in a raised tone - “Why do you go here every hour, that you don’t know that the check-in is at two o’clock ". Of course, we were shocked by this, why then every hour it was necessary to say that here we will settle you, come back in an hour. In general, we settled in, a very strange arrangement of rooms, for example, there is number 330, for example, and next to it is number 332, but number 331 is nowhere to be found, we came across the same scheme, we ran around the whole floor with suitcases in search of a room, we barely found it, it turns out rooms with overlooking the park are located in a separate part, they are not numbered and a separate staircase leads to them, which we were not warned about. Once in the room, we finally, exhausted after a night flight, decided to fall on the bed to relax and watch TV. The TV did not turn on in any way, we decided to check if there were any other shortcomings in the room. After our research, it turned out that the faucet in the bathroom was flowing like a fountain, and plus, when you wash, it turned out later from under the toilet, where its junction with the floor, water pours onto the floor. In general, after each of our washing in the bathroom there was an ankle-deep swamp. I’ll tell you separately about the room, the rooms are old, shabby bedspreads, a shabby balcony that could have been painted, an old TV with three Russian channels, shabby plastic chairs on the balcony and a table. Then our mood was spoiled, we decided to contact the reception. And then an amazing thing began, we have not seen such an attitude for a long time. We turn to another woman at the reception with a request to fix the problem or change the room. He pretends not to hear us, I already say to her louder - girlaa, pay attention to us, approaches us with such a displeased face, it is written in his eyes: why did you come here at all. I explain the problem, she listens, turns away and ignores again, I am in a stupor from impudence. It was useless to talk to her, they found another employee who told us that it is possible that if there is another number, they will inform us. All this went on for an hour, we tired decided to accept and crawled into the room. After 15 min. a knock on the door, a hotel employee is standing on the threshold, offering to look at another room. We were delighted, immediately went to look, but the miracle did not happen, when examining another room, we found a terrible mold in the bathroom around the perimeter, as well as falling off tiles on the walls, the picture is certainly not pleasant. In general, we refused, to which we were told that there were no more rooms available. By the way, after living, it turned out that the floor on which we lived was less than half occupied, there were a lot of free rooms on our side, and for the two weeks that we were there, no one lived in these rooms. Well, we concluded that perhaps this is just such an attitude towards the Russians. The problem with the TV and the faucet in the bathroom was solved through the guide, so as not to mess with these creepy chickens at the reception. The TV was repaired for us, but the faucet was not, as the plumber came, poked something with his adjustable wrench and said that the plumbing was old and he could not do anything about it and left. The next day, we made the last attempt at negotiations at the reception, decided to find out how much it costs to pay extra for a normal room, to which this terrible aunt at the reception, who ignored us to the maximum, squeezed out the amount of 1300 lev, we didn’t expect such a limit of arrogance at all, it’s almost fifty dollars, even our guide, when he heard this amount, almost fell into a chair in surprise. We didn't have any contact with the receptionist. By the way, I want to say that the rooms overlooking the sea were more decent than the park, at least outwardly, I managed to look into one, at least there is a small plasma TV. Most of the hotel guests were German pensioners, the hotel was not a youth or family hotel, there was nothing for children either, just a small plastic slide at the entrance. A pool with very icy water, once swam, did not become more, besides, there are fragments of tiles at the bottom of the pool, and there are a lot of them, which indicates that it is not cleaned at all. The food is monotonous, the same every day, but the choice is good. At dinner, alcohol was in large quantities, but after we tried it, we didn’t drink it in the future, we didn’t like it. Delicious cakes for dinner, there is also ice cream with different flavors. There are very few fruits, apples, peaches, plums, grapes were sometimes. The only plus is probably the first line of the hotel, I don’t see more pluses. There is no entertainment, even the music at the bar did not play. Good location of the hotel, not in the center, where it is very noisy at night, although the center is a 10 min walk. There is a bank in the center, in the Admiral Hotel, where you can change money, but there is always a queue, there is also an ATM. The beach is excellent, clean, less crowded than in the center and it's nice. There is a bar on the beach, the prices are normal, you can eat and drink. The bottom line is that the golden sands are a wonderful resort, I have been there more than once and will definitely return there, but not to the Luna4 hotel, it’s a solid three-ruble note and not a four at all, but it’s time to drive the girls at the reception from there, maybe the people will be pulled.
