So, when I wanted to withdraw my money paid as a payment for the tour (under the terms of the contract there were still valid deadlines for cancellation of the trip - more than 21 days, paragraph 4.2 of the contract), manager Elena, referring to the advice of Voyage-Kyiv , stated that by canceling the tour, I pay a fine of 100% of the cost of the tour, ie I lose all the money!
So, we had to fly… (by the way, the only positive emotions were from the flight - the beauty is incredible !!! )
Arriving at the place we were overwhelmed by a feeling of numbness….
On the outskirts of the resort (4 * hotel Madara), near the hotel planting trees with a sharp smell of sewage, the hotel can and 4 *, but the restaurant 3 *… (here is the biggest problem). The most interesting thing is that on the eve of our trip the travel agency manager went on a promotional tour in Bulgaria, lived in a hotel in Golden Sands, and stopped in particular at the Madara 4 * hotel, and how could you not see what we saw just arriving there, but namely:
- a hotel for social Germans, very noisy, the staff speaks only German, some in English (very weak), the impression that we are in a German colony!
Now about nutrition: unsanitary conditions are complete: uneaten food is heated several times, it spoils, which causes real food poisoning in people (which happened to my daughter), in an ambulance two other Germans with the same symptoms went to the hospital!
After arriving from the European hospital, where we received medical care, we asked the restaurant to prepare a diet, which we were again denied with the words: "We have 600 guests, we will not cook for you separately…". We bought food at another hotel (special thanks to the representative of the hotel Zornice! She agreed!

Special thanks to the hotel "Marina Grand Beach" - nice and attentive staff, the counter does not click in the eyes (unlike the staff at the Madara Hotel), only here we were heard and people welcomed us and went to meet us starting with a phone call from them phone to our hotel representative (the only case of generosity that was met during the entire stay) and thank God that not in our hotel Madara, where the hall is cleaned as follows: appliances from the table are placed on chairs on which the Germans just sat after the pool ( There were 3 Russian families, from Ukraine - only my daughter and I), tourists come to the restaurant in loincloths, the waiters turned the tablecloth to the other side, intensely poked at the appliances and wiped with a rag of dubious freshness.
Another cloth, richly moistened with liquid for cleaning aluminum surfaces, calms perfectly and calmly over the plates (clean), leaving traces and mixing with food accordingly… The rooms are very smoky, because the Germans smoke around the clock and all day long. In order for me to change the number, the first was offered near the living room with household drugs, the second is incredibly smoky - they demanded to pay extra, without issuing anything (10 euros).
One answer to any request: "I can't (emphasis on the first syllable), I don't know…"
Very noisy, smoky, on the territory of the hotel (if you can call the territory) a sunny penny - no trees, giggles and noise. In a word - a bedbug! All over the Golden Sands stinky lindens with a sweet smell - they are everywhere except nothing! And huge birds like geese (apparently albatross). And yet - the streets of the city run water from the pools of hotels - just so rivers of dirty water flow!
So, out of 11 paid nights, we stayed 8, flew earlier at our request due to lack of food and intensive medical treatment of my daughter (special thanks to TA "Meridian" for providing a free flight - although the plane was half empty, I think they did not strain and There were no problems…), for 4 nights we did not return the money…
We flew from Bulgaria with the firm conviction that we will not use the services of the above-mentioned legal entities and individuals when selecting the tour and we will never fly to Bulgaria for the Germans.
Upon arrival in Ukraine, I visited my dear TA "Meridian" in Kremenchug with a request to consider the issue of returning to me the money paid for the tour, which caused significant damage to my daughter's health.

The manager of the travel agency Tatiana met my request with indignation and ridicule, accompanying her statements with shouts and insults (say, stay home and do not scramble abroad, there were statements "We are not your nannies. " I would look at them in my situation, in a foreign country and similar things happen to their children… Would they smile too? I doubt it).
In the hope that the mentioned manager Tatiana will pass my information to the owner of the travel agency Kobenyak LM, they did not even contact me…
When travel agencies provide you with information not in favor of Crimea (in this case they do not earn anything - in the Crimea you can buy tickets directly in the boarding house, sanatoriums - which is 20-40% cheaper), and our great travel agencies are left without earnings! !!
Not to compare the Crimean coast - where such magnificent nature, air? !!

Our Ukrainians go to earn money all over the world to feed and educate their children, help old parents, and you take money and give the opportunity to earn on your ignorance to dishonest travel agencies and tour operators, and foreigners who consider you worthless! Come to your senses, it's not worth it! ! ! !!
