We went at the beginning of 06.10. We took only breakfast, because there is the same type of food every day and being limited in time, this is not for us.
Let's start with arrival. Our plane arrived in Varna at 7 am local time. Without any incidents, we were shown a bus, which later transported tourists to hotels. A guy jumped into the bus - a representative of a travel agency, introduced himself to Ivo and the whole train from the airport to the hotel, and for about an hour he incessantly praised Bulgaria itself, Varna and all kinds of excursions . . which, in principle, are enough there. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30. Ivo asked all the arrivals to gather in the hall at 5 pm, and he drove on to deliver the remaining tourists. Since check-in is strictly at 2 pm, we were offered to check in our luggage in the luggage room and "you can be free" . . there was absolutely nothing to do . . we did not sleep all night and were hungry . . according to the speed of the breakfast offered to us by Transaero-m on the plane, not called breakfast . . black bread, sausage, 10g. salad and tea/coffee. Although at the reception and quite sane staff, we were offered breakfast either at a nearby hotel (? ) Or on the beach, where there are many cafes. Due to our stupidity, we didn’t exchange euros for levs, but rushed closer to the promenade . . hunger is not an aunt anyway . . but at 9-10 o’clock in the morning they all crawl along the “embankment” with sleepy flies and all the “food” shops are still closed, and those that are ready to offer some kind of snack work only for leva . . but we still found a wonderful restaurant (at that time it seemed to us so), right opposite the Morsko Oko hotel. A friendly one-eyed waiter named Radoslav said that there were no problems with the euro - what do you want? Well, we got hungry from hunger . . and soups and french fries and fried potatoes and their national something in a pot with vegetables and meat and steaks and hot bread and tea . . in the park, completely forgetting the previous reviews, about the big ones, I would say great dishes, dishes....of everything we ordered, we managed to eat only soup . . well, there was about a liter of soup in one bowl . . everything else that was not eaten was helpfully put with us . . the first breakfast cost us 53 euros. In the future, we found a GREAT open restaurant (if you leave the hotel and go straight to the right through the Horizon Hotel and through the Breeze Hotel, then through the barrier and go down to the sea, you just won’t be able to pass by . . very cozy! several tables with red tablecloths and a parrot in a cage)) they feed for slaughter for a penny, also with a guarantee !! )) they will exchange a dish they don’t like for any other, or they will return the money. So, back to the hotel. despite our requests to clean the room as soon as possible in order to check us in, and their belief that "we will try and do our best, " we were moved into the room only at 13.30 until that time we boldly sat in the hall on comfortable sofas . . at 17.00 at we could not come to the hall, even the exploding phone could not lift us out of bed. woke up much later and swayed, we went for a walk closer to the sea, where all life was just beginning . .
one of the negative points, in our opinion, is breakfast . . everything is clean, white, snow-white. removed immediately. the waiters wish good morning and bon appetit in pure Russian and German, but the breakfast itself consists of eggs and everything connected with them. . i. e. boiled egg, fried egg, omelet, overcooked pasta with egg. . soy sausage and sausages, which, in principle, are not made for food. . it is better to take tea in bags with you! some kind of "dope princess" is much tastier than their black tea offered at the hotel (tea in other eateries is quite even a decent taste). They have delicious pies, but not always a pity, and apples, oranges and watermelons, also not always. They have the most delicious bread! at the hotel they bake it themselves about 6-7 varieties . . and vaapshe apparently, throughout Bulgaria, bread is baked personally by chefs at restaurants.

the second negative point is all kinds of non-Russians by the pool . . Germans and Italians . . these assholes do not disdain the inscription by the pool "do not jump" in all languages and chatter in their loud and harsh languages almost across the entire pool . . very annoying, especially, when you lie under an umbrella with a headache since yesterday . .
One more, probably the last minus. Lack of animation at the hotel, even for children. There is billiards, table tennis, a children's room without a teacher, but the children are adults as well on their own.
In general, the hotel is VERY pleased! It does not, of course, reach the declared 4 *, but it is clean, tidy, quiet, calm. There is no loud music like on the first line, and no extra fuss. Not bad furniture, not to say that it is new, but not shabby either. All electrics work great: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator.
In general, they were satisfied. The sea and silence is exactly what we wanted. )))
