August 2023.

The overall impression of the rest in this hotel left rather depressing than pleasant.
I'll try to be at least somewhat objective.

The hotel is more likely a triple (according to the classification of hotels) than a four. But first things first:

Location from the sea and the center - no 30 meters from the sea, don't be fooled - there, firstly, you need to go down the stairs from the hotel, cross the road, walk past the tennis courts and a shabby beach bar, then go to the sea. It turns out 150-200 meters. And the hotel itself is quite far from the center of the resort and entertainment (1.5-2 km - 15-20 minutes walk or you can walk on small trains (5 lev), so fans of night parties should take into account.

The buildings and the territory - everything is somehow ...how to say, one gets the feeling that all the hotels around look better on the order (even the neighboring hotel Lilia, which is not very forest reviews, and it looks better outwardly), in short, at least external cosmetic repairs did not interfere .
And one more thing - the hotel has a lot of staff, well, couldn’t it be possible to find 2-3 people in the morning, sweep at least the leaves in front of the hotel and on the stairs, from the outside it looks not very well-kept of the surrounding area. The second staircase near the pool is quite steep, and under it there is a pizzeria fuming in the evenings, the same not well-groomed around.

The rooms are more or less, although if you start to find fault, you can find many shortcomings there (for example, the door to the balcony did not close normally, it’s good that the air conditioner worked fine), a weak Internet signal in the room is a big, fat minus. Normally, as usual, I caught only at the reception and somewhere in the corridors. Towels were changed every day, garbage, however, too, bed linen - no, for the entire stay. In short, the whole cleaning came down to something like this, they never even swept it in my opinion.
The pool - let's say for more than 100 rooms and 5 apartments is very small, booking sunbeds by the pools is carried out according to the old principle - they left a towel in the morning for the whole day and went on business (although it is written that it is forbidden) in short - then the first one got up and slippers. Lots of kids during the day and quite noisy. It is written that you can’t swim in the pool after 18.00, I thought it was so, but it turns out that some rules are unwritten - especially for guests and noisy companies from Hungary and Romania. For example - the last 2 evenings at the hotel were unpleasantly surprised - noise, din, night swimming until midnight and drinking alcohol right in the pool by these "guests". With the full connivance of the administration. Ugly.

Beach and bar - sunbeds battered, without mattresses, umbrellas are also not the first freshness, but somehow you try not to pay too much attention to it. Sometimes there was a problem with free sunbeds, but it was solved.

Bar on the beach - to be honest for a 4-star hotel, this is a shame. The fenced and unkempt territory is despondent, as if you are relaxing somewhere in Zatoka or Koblevo in the 90s. It was possible to arrange everything as normal as in neighboring hotels, for example.

Restaurant (or dining room rather) - few, very few places, sometimes you have to look for 5 minutes where to sit, what's inside, what's on the outside terrace, or come at the end of dinner, for example. The noise inside is like in a Soviet dining room, but with a Romanian tinge, which are constantly and everywhere, as someone here already wrote - that in the dining room or on the beach, in short, this hotel cannot be called quiet.
The food was ok, but after 2-3 days you want variety, it's good at least in the evening, sometimes something new appeared. Drinks are of average and lousy quality (wine from tetrapacks, local beer, cocktails, sometimes it probably depended on the bartender).
About the staff - I understand that most of the men there are from Egypt, and the girls are Ukrainian. A strange combination, however, there were no complaints about them - they quickly cleaned everything up, helped if there were questions.

So, in summary - I don't know who puts such high ratings and excellent reviews on the Internet to this place. Probably those who like this kind of vacation, I heard some come back here next year. I'm not picky, but I didn't like it. The hotel is not worth the money that is asked for a stay. After this hotel, in the future I will always look for hotels with the adults only option, since all these so-called "family" hotels have been put on. I need a quiet and relaxing holiday. I understand that recently everything has risen in price, before for such money in Turkey it was easy to relax, but the Bulgarian All Inclusive, of course, cannot be compared with Turkish - like walking to the moon.
If you are looking for a quiet, pleasant vacation by the sea - drive by, my advice to you. You should not spoil your mood, even if you are very stress-resistant, for the same money or a little more you can find something decent.
