We chose the hotel on the recommendation of a travel agent and were very sorry. There is something to compare with, as they constantly rested in "triples" with the "all inclusive" system - this hotel does not dare to call it "three stars".
From the positive: a quiet place, close to the sea, friendly staff. And that's probably all.
The room was a family one: relatively clean, but the furniture was dead, the shower was the same name (the curtain was short, there was practically no side, it flooded the entire bathroom). Towels are changed on the fourth day, dirty and wet and will lie on the floor for three days, they will not be taken away earlier. Cleaned every day, so, for the sake of appearance (they wiped the floor in the places of walking and the bathroom with a wet mop). There are no beach towels. Parking for cars is paid, 10 leva per day (it's a lie on booking. com). Swimming pool - for adults, children's (if you can call it a circle with a diameter of about 3-3.5 m) is not fenced off from an adult with a depth of 1.3-1.9 m. There is no animation for children at all. For children in the morning and in the evening - dry muesli with powdered milk. At lunch - a common menu. You can take drinks from the vending machine at the lobby bar only during the bar's opening hours (10.00-21.00), then it's taboo, even ordinary drinking water, which, by the way, also had to beg from the bartender. The restaurant is a separate issue. The food is ordinary, Bulgarian cuisine, the cook tried, but he is not a magician, you cannot cook soup from an ax. Ice cream - only for lunch and only in the restaurant. God forbid to take a fruit to the child's room, there was no question of a piece of bread at all. In fact - this is a boarding house, no it's not "all inclusive". Everywhere is dirty, no one cleans the adjacent one (a couple of steps from the pool there is a pile of garbage and a warehouse of used fuel canisters (next to the parking lot), the area in front of the entrance and the courtyard are more or less cleaned, that's all.

But the most depressing impression of the beaches: in 10 days I have never seen anyone clean the sand, even the paid area. An employee walked in the paid zone in the evening, collected large garbage (bottles, napkins, etc. ), everything else remained lying. And the free zone is absolutely terrible: everything could be found in the sand and on the sand: from broken glass to used condoms. The sea is clean and warm, but there was always wind and waves, I heard from vacationers that there is an almost constant phenomenon, very rarely there is no wind.
In general, we definitely won’t go a second time and I don’t recommend it to others, especially families with children. We repent that we didn’t go to Albena to the beloved “Orchid” - it’s like heaven and earth compared to Golden Sands and Preslav... we wanted to try something new... we tried it called ((((
In a word, who wants the "charms" of domestic service and the sea - you can safely go, get it in full)))
