Превосходный отель. Excellent hotel.

We rested with my husband from 08/08/2011 to 08/19/2011. We were in Bulgaria on Golden Sands for the fourth time. So there is something to compare. The hotel is chic, beautiful. In order:
Settlement: settled immediately, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Room: the room was for two with a separate bathroom)) which was a pleasant surprise))
Room cleaning: cleaned every day, excellent. towels are changed every day and bed linen is changed every three days. There is no theft, they left money and the camera was not stolen)) Tips were left on the pillows))

Food: not to describe in words, how many of us everything was delicious)) the menu changed every day, the meat in various forms, the chicken is the same. a lot of cheeses, sausages, even oysters were served during the stay))) sweets of the sea)))))) fruits and vegetables were always fresh and in large quantities)))) beer, wine, etc. were served for lunch. The alcohol turned out to be quite decent)) The staff in the restaurant is very polite, empty plates were taken away instantly, as in the best restaurants in Moscow) it was possible to smoke on the terrace at the restaurant. For children, there is a very large selection of food, i. e. it was possible to feed even the smallest children, any cereals, hot and cold milk, boiled vegetables, etc. Most of the food is cooked right in front of you, so everything is just from the frying pan)) The cooks are just darlings)))
Territory of the hotel: the territory is large, there are two pools for adults and one for children, which is fenced. The area is very well maintained, cleaning every day)
Animation Entertainment: during the day the animation was near the pool for adults in the evening at the bar for children. Animation for five))
Beach: The road to the beach goes through the riviera. entrance to the beach is paid, you need to buy either a sun lounger or an umbrella for the whole day. A sun lounger costs 7 leva and an umbrella 10 leva. We took a sun lounger and we paid for an umbrella on the beach, which cost 5 leva, which is much cheaper)) The sea is clean, the sand too.
A small minus, at the reception they do not speak Russian well.
The overall rating for this hotel is 5 with three pluses))) The only thing that was very annoying was the German youth, who drink very heavily and behave noisily, hang out their flags... and they also say something about us Russians)
We were satisfied with the rest))) And in general, the Riou hotel chain can be taken with your eyes closed)) So, without hesitation, next time we will go there again, it hurts so good))
