I never leave any comments about the holiday, but I want to warn those who are going to ZP. I have been to Bulgaria more than once, but this is the first time I have seen such a boorish attitude! it all started with the settlement. so that you understand the settlement in September is always fast, because the people in the hotel are much less, so you can settle by offering the best room with sea views. but that's not the case with Mack. we arrived at 7 am. . and settled at 14! "our" numbers were not ready yet! they were evicted or removed. most interestingly, the people who came to the hotel after us settled down first. and don't think that we were arrogant to the staff, no! on the contrary, it is always polite, but the reception did not appreciate it, so it kept us on the "couch" for a long time. when we tried to explain that this was not possible, the staff switched exclusively to Bulgarian, and they did not understand Ukrainian, Russian or English.
Another interesting thing was that we had to go to the rooms where the maids were cleaned, then go back to the reception and tell them which rooms are already free and tidy! did not help. . so the beginning of the holiday did not start very positively! food in the hotel as everywhere - standard, and therefore no! but the main thing is the staff, absolutely not educated and not polite. As for the rooms, they are really "scratched", it is clear that the repair has not been done for a long time. the same and the corridors of the hotel.
Of the pros is the pool near the hotel, but the water is not heated.

I will also say that in terms of stardom, I only rest in such hotels, but everywhere everyone was gentle and attentive. which, unfortunately, can not be said about the hotel MAC.
