Well, that's me, smile : )) In fact, the dance group, in which the child is engaged, was invited to participate in the festival of children's creativity in Minsk. The organizers presented several options to choose from for accommodation. Hotel Aqua-Minsk 2 * somehow unanimously and unanimously, very quickly, oddly enough, even without unnecessary friction and discussion, was chosen by the parents, primarily because of the cost, it was the cheapest : )), and, of course as well as the opportunity to visit the water park. All for the sake of children and for children : ))
I am not a connoisseur of hotel stardom, but, to be honest, I didn’t expect anything super from a 2 * hotel, although I looked through the reviews and photos, everything seems to be quite worthy. And the truth is, everything is as in the pictures: the hotel is new, clean, with a modern design and trained staff. A whole herd of children and half a herd of parents drove in, despite the fuss created by us, the administrators were very kind and calm, patiently answered the same questions for the hundredth time.
The room had everything you needed, everything worked. Vodichka for money - 1 local ruble. Of the minuses - there is no air conditioning - here it is, probably, the missing star : )). We were in May, but in the summer it can be stressful. It is clear that the windows will open, and the hotel is almost surrounded by a forest, and even on the banks of the reservoir - hello, mosquitoes! ))) But, there is a fumigator in the configuration of the room, and this is a little pleasing.
And no matter how funny it was, but a plus I will indicate the presence of hooks for clothes at the entrance, moreover, they are laid out. Well, how convenient it is... Of course, I am not a great traveler, but I have never seen anything like this in any hotel
In the bathroom, everything is neat, everything worked, it didn’t leak, it wasn’t overgrown with mold and deposits (how I love new things). There were misunderstandings with hot water in the shower, but somehow agreed : ))
There was a game room in the lobby. Small, but very cute. Our dance stars enjoyed watching cartoons there, it’s more fun together than separately in rooms with moms : ))
The breakfasts are excellent. Everything we ate was delicious. For three breakfasts, the main exposition (hot dishes) was not repeated, but I don’t even know how to diversify yoghurts and buns))
There is a birch grove around the hotel. The area for walking is large, well-groomed. During our stay, landscaping work was underway, preparations for the summer season. A pier with boats and a small beach were discovered. There are detached houses with barbecues
So, the hotel can be considered for spending the weekend, as a transshipment base when traveling. In addition, the Lebyazhy water park (http://waterpark. by/ru/) is at hand.
Hotel guests can visit the water park, except for the SPA area (this is already for money), time is not limited, the main thing is to meet before leaving the hotel : )). At the ticket office of the water park, you must present a guest card, and at the electronic queue terminal, press the "subscription" button, or rather, in reverse order)) Towels can be rented on the spot, if I remember correctly, 2 bel. ruble. But most are carried out of the room, which the hotel administrators strongly do not recommend doing.
On the first free day after the performances (and on the second too), of course, we went to the water park. I myself don’t like this business (noisy, constant hum, and I don’t ride slides), but the child needs it. As it turned out, the daughter is all like her mother, it turns out, and she is afraid to ride downhill. We've been to water parks before but were only allowed in the toddler areas. And then we have already reached the cherished 130 cm, you can already try something from an adult, but, alas, ah. But even without slides, we had a good splash: all kinds of jacuzzis, a very funny rain cave, of course, a pool with waves, you can swim outside. For children, vests and armlets, circles and balls are freely available.
In general, we successfully accommodated ourselves and even had fun during our “tours”. But I would not recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit the main sights of Minsk, it is far from the center. We had a transfer from the venue of our event, in addition, the organizers provided a sightseeing tour of Minsk.
