In early January, we went with friends to the Zermatt Ambassador Hotel. The hotel is good, the food is excellent, the menu is thought out, never repeated in 2 weeks. Travel agency Jet Travel surpassed everyone in dishonesty. Already on the bus, we were briefly told a little about everything in the first half hour, then 3 hours on excursions. The information for us says that they do not solve our issues as a device to the hotel and as an interpreter (fortunately we speak English). Their task is to sell us excursions and EVERYTHING! When leaving the hotel, no one was told anything about us, and at 1 am we waited for the transfer in vain until the receptionist got worried, who called us a taxi (for which we paid). The woman Elena from the company told us rudely, yawning into the phone, that someone mixed up something, that the taxi was not included in the transfer, that they did not owe us anything, because Switzerland is here. By the way - 1 day was stolen from us - we were supposed to fly on the 24th at 15h, but we were warned at dinner that we were leaving the hotel at 1am on the 24th. When the driver brought us to Turin airport, there was no one there who would be waiting for us with tickets for a rescheduled flight. The Swiss driver took care of us and began to call the representative of the travel agency, then explained to us that she Yulia would arrive in 10 minutes. She arrived an hour later, when the registration came to an end. She screamed rudely at us when we asked for an explanation "what's going on? ", for some reason she was from the company Acsent (by the way, there is such a transfer from company to company in the order of things, apparently, so that no one is responsible). She rudely shouted, "that she does not receive money for us and that we do not climb into her pocket, " there were about 15 of us from different resorts, someone apparently got used to this and did not pay attention. All the great impressions of holidays, mountains and other things were completely covered up by these women from the company. By the way, they looked very sloppy, we were even surprised how such ragged men could be sent to work with people. And I understand that quite non-poor people go to Switzerland to rest. God, apparently, sees everything: with such attitudes towards people, it will not work to look different, except as rags. People!! ! For your own good, don't mess with Jet Travel, Sunrise and Acsent! Save your money and mood.
