Review - EXTREMELY NEGATIVE.
In October 2009 my mother was on a trip to the Czech Republic.

This is not the first time she has traveled with such a "group-bus" option, but she has a negative review for the first time in her life.
AND EXACTLY "THANKS" TO THE HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION FROM "ACCORD-TOUR"!!!!
Just to be clear, she is a VERY unassuming person. The most important thing is a new place, impression, architecture and so on. For comfort - you can close your eyes.
But here the ORGANIZATION does not lend itself to any criticism.
Buses are often and densely late and, as a result, city tours are reduced (by 15 minutes, by half an hour). Once they were generally thrown in the center, waving their HAND - like here yourself. Kapets.
There is no hot water on the bus. There is no information about the trip (stories about the Czech Republic, films, etc. ).
Hotels are EXTREMELY budget. OK. it's not that important, but on the way back they changed the transit hotel - and it was an establishment where truckers stay. Is it necessary to describe the level of the hotel??
they were not even offered to buy a group ticket to the Dresden Gallery (the guide did not take care of this! ) for 30 (!! ) people. You could get a good discount. And to organize a Russian-language tour - also did not occur to anyone. Mom took an audio guide and went with it.
Therefore, the conclusion is that the Czech Republic is beautiful. And my mother will definitely go there.
to the Czech Republic - YES, but with the ACCORD TOUR - N-I-K-O-G-D-A!!!!!!!!!
PS before that, by the way, both I, and my mother, and acquaintances went with Artex - there were no complaints.
Accord-tour unpleasantly surprised me in this regard....
