Bathrobes in the room are 1 size for a small person, room cleaning is poor, I had to ask several times to change towels. The worst thing is the kitchen, heavy unventilated smell, food monotonous and not tasty, the portions are small for children, the service also leaves much to be desired, it took 40 minutes to wait for a pre-ordered dinner, the tables are small, but they seat 4 people each, dirty dishes are not cleaned especially after breakfast. On routine procedures, many older people are also very dissatisfied. The only 1 massage therapist Martin is very conscientious. Overall very disappointed with the stay in this hotel.
