Hello, I have been resting in this sanatorium since 30.12. 2012-09.01. 2013. Arrived from Kazan to Prague, and then by car (from the company TERMA) brought to Frantiskovy Lazne. Very calm atmosphere, pleasant and friendly staff, wonderful doctor Yaroslav Kosma. I had the following procedures (everything is done every other day, except for physical education and gas injection): Classical massage, Gas injection, Individual exercise therapy (gymnastics), foot whirlpool baths, uterine irrigation, mud tampons, Paraffin wrap, Carbon dioxide bath. There are also water sources near the sanatorium - I also advise you to drink natural water, treat your stomach, liver (if someone has problems with these organs). Indeed, the water is healing and cleanses the body very well. You can also fill your own bottle with water - free of charge. She lived in a single room building - "Pavlik". There is a cheaper one - the "Isis" building. I was visiting people who were vacationing in Isis - there was only one difference - our corridors were decorated very beautifully (there was a New Year after all), but everything is simpler and without decorations. And in the rooms, everything is like everywhere else - a safe, a refrigerator with drinks, nuts, chocolates, a TV, a hairdryer. Towels and room were cleaned every day. If it turns out that way, you will have a return flight only in the evening, and the room needs to be vacated already at 10.00 in the morning - then you need to pay an additional 30 euros. I liked the food. I'm not picky about food. There were also soups and cereals and yoghurts. And second courses. From fruits - kiwi, plums, apples, oranges. I bought grapes myself in a local store, when I really wanted to. Basically, in Fratiskovy Lazne, there is only one MAJOR department store - where you can find everything you need - this is LIDL. ALSO VERY MANY CHINESE AND JAPANESE STORES. The local population does not understand English - a little Russian, more Czech and German. When you walk in the park, then take nuts, seeds, as there is an opportunity to meet two squirrels, or even more, and feed large titmouse. Frantiskovy Lazne is a very beautiful town. Do not be afraid that there are few Russians here, but many Germans. The Germans know where to be treated - so Welcome! A very good nation, most importantly calm. There were also Czechs and Poles, but literally two or three pairs. Wi-Fi - the Internet is in the corridor, at the reception and the so-called "evening lounge" with sofas and chairs - where many sit on the Internet, someone plays chess and cards. I also really liked the aquaforum. The pools are amazing and the hot tub is amazing. If you want to swim outside, then start with it, and then into the indoor pools. With heating. I went on excursions to Prague, Dresden, on my own to Cheb (since there are a lot of shops I need) - you can take a train or bus for 18 crowns. This is the nearest town from Frantiskovy Lazne, where there are enough shops and can be called a sleeping quarter. There is little vegetation. I wanted to get back to Frantiskovy Lazne as soon as possible, because there is still amazing nature and little road transport. Upon departure, when I left the sanatorium, they asked me to pay a fee - (for living in the Czech Republic for 10 days) - 150 kroons. It was not at all pleasant, since no one warned me about this, and neither did the travel agency. And so in general I planned to spend everything that I took with me. In general, I really liked the rest and the Czech Republic too, only our snow was very lacking and even managed to miss our dangerously terrible uneven Russian roads. Good health to everyone and well-being in everything!
