Recently returned from Astoria. I liked everything: the location of the hotel, treatment, food, living conditions, attitude. I did not like only the meeting company EURO TOUCH. For a week I ordered 2 sightseeing trips for the whole day from them. In advance for the trip, I took dry rations instead of dinner and lunch. A EURO TOUCH representative called the day before at 9 pm and said that the trip was cancelled. What to do? Of course, I was already taken off the food for that day. I had to go on another tour, which I was offered in this company. I took Prague. Served a bus with 52 tourists. The guide is good, but out of 5 hours of the program I heard about 15 minutes, because all my thoughts were only about how not to get lost in such a crowd on the narrow streets of the city. Complete rubbish. She expressed all this to the representatives of EURO TOUCH. Real hack. On the next excursion, I again replaced dinner and lunch with dry rations. This time they forgot to pick me up from the hotel. The bus left without me. While I was worried in the lobby of the hotel, everyone was worried about me. Both vacationers and hotel staff. I came to the office of EURO TOUCH. Phoned. It seems that this time they forgot to add me to the lists and the bus left without me. . They offered to take a tour as compensation. Refused. Let them gnaw dry rations once again. I, in fact, came to treat the stomach. By the way, a woman from our hotel turned to this company in my presence. She, like me, came here from these comrades. The woman asked to help her change the hotel room. Didn't help. She took care of everything herself. Do not choose the EURO TOUCH company, so as not to spoil the impression of your holiday!
