We rested at the Ostend Hotel for the third time, we were last year in February 2018. Last year's vacation was great!
But in January 2019, everything changed for the worse, a new Manager came - Mrs. Monika. It was very cold in the rooms, the batteries were disconnected from the economy, if the administrator asked to turn on the batteries, he said that there was an accident and there was no possibility. But after swearing with Pani Monika, the batteries were turned on for 2 days. The kitchen is very spoiled, the dishes are not tasty !! ! Pani Monica is in charge of everything in the kitchen, she is the cook, she is the waiter and the cleaning lady. The fountain is turned off in the dining room, no music, savings again, the buffet is very meager. Dishes with fruit and butter, for breakfast, in the evening, are placed under the stairs on the floor, along with requisites for cleaning. At breakfast, in our presence, Pani Monica climbed into the porridge with her bare hands in order to get something out of it, etc. The dining room is not hygienic! We liked the treatment, Iva, Artur, Vitaliy tried, all procedures were performed on time and very kindly, cleanliness and order in the medical department. But if Pani Monika looks in there with her savings, unsanitary conditions will be provided there too!
