Last summer, we rested with my mother for two weeks at the Richmond Hotel. They took All with treatment.
The hotel is very beautiful both outside and inside. Paintings are hung along the corridors, upholstered furniture in the medieval English style, chic chandeliers in the lobby and the hotel restaurant are placed. The hotel itself is surrounded by a chic park with ponds, turning into a forest. Indescribably beautiful, amazing fresh air (people from other hotels came here to walk).
This is definitely a plus, but a minus is the distance from the healing sources (of course, if you are not prescribed some water that flows directly in the hotel). We had to walk (sometimes drive). Walking, of course, is pleasant (especially at first), but constant attachment to breakfasts, lunches, dinners + procedures (you can’t be late for which, because you may no longer be accepted! ). Therefore, everyday walking three times a day, to be honest, strained.

By procedures. From 2 to 4 per day (except Sunday). They are prescribed by a doctor after a small physical examination, and of your personal wishes. You can change some procedures or just change, for example, a massage therapist. It is impossible to be late for them, as I already wrote. There were cases when people were literally 5 minutes late and they were no longer accepted. Everything is clearly scheduled. The procedures themselves, in principle, were performed with high quality, but... cold, purely human. That is, the Czechs are like robots - they did their job and goodbye, they are reluctant to enter into conversations and the next time they will not ask you how you feel.
Regarding cleaning and service - everything is very clean, to a shine. Cleaned regularly, towels are changed when you want, that is, leave not fresh in the bathroom itself. At the reception, everyone will tell you if you have questions (almost all the staff speak Russian). The only thing about bus tickets, which you can buy from them, is to buy several pieces at once, one more expensive (they don’t say this). We also took excursions from them - we went to Prague and the city of Loket.
Nutrition. Tasty, varied, high quality. There was also different fish, and meat, and duck, and chicken, and venison. Soups. Huge selection of cheeses, sausages, vegetables, exotic fruits. Dessert selection is small, but cake and ice cream were). The only BUT - tea, coffee, juices - free ONLY for breakfast! For lunch, dinner, only water is free!
Of the minuses of the hotel, I would single out, firstly, the remoteness of the hotel from the sources, and secondly, drafts and powerful air conditioners. Personally, I don’t like it, and therefore I fell ill for several days with a fever and a cough. So be careful, and especially when you go for a massage or a hot bath, warn them to turn off the air conditioner.
In general, I liked the hotel! Memories are pleasant!
I wish you all a good holiday! I will be glad to answer any questions!
