Отель оправдывает ожидания! The hotel lives up to expectations!

I have been in the hotel for 5 days (2 more weeks left). The hotel fully meets our expectations (I'm vacationing with my husband and 7-year-old child). When choosing a hotel, we were guided by the following criteria:
Hotel privacy
Its small size, including the number of guests
High level of service
Nice view of the hotel and surroundings
Own medical base (not necessarily large, most importantly, with a conscientious approach)
Pleasant atmosphere with hints of national flavor (without pathos and unnecessary claims to exclusivity)
The location of the hotel is a little further from the noisy center, closer to the forest (the hotel has a wonderful location not only thanks to the Orthodox Church nearby, the villa is located on the edge of the street - only the FOREST is further, the view from the room is simply mesmerizing)
And, of course, good reviews from vacationers.
Here are the main points that we focused on. They were completely justified.
By the way, additional benefits

1. It is actually not far to walk to the springs (from 7 to 15 minutes depending on the source). Back up the hill, but a plus for us, because the food is WELL VERY TASTY.
2. In the hotel WiFi EVERYWHERE, including in the room!!! ! Great connection!!!!
3. The description of the villa is not written everywhere, but the rooms and the villa also have:
- bathrobe and slippers (including children's);
- soap, shampoo and shower gel;
- hairdryer;
- iron and ironing board (on request);
- umbrellas from the rain (rains are not uncommon here);
- kettle, mini-bar;
- bicycles (my son rides every day in the park nearby), including adults;
- if you take a full board package, then there are several doctor's examinations, not just one, and every day 3.4 procedures at a time convenient for you, starting at 7 am.
Very comfortable rooms, helpful staff and a truly individual approach - you will not find this in every hotel, even 5 stars.
