It was the first time in Karlovy Vary with my wife. The hotel was chosen randomly. And we're glad we weren't wrong. Comfortable, stylish hotel, cozy and comfortable rooms, polite and helpful staff. Everything is here for relaxation. Quite a modern balneological center, the widest choice of procedures, very qualified medical staff. I liked everything. And, of course, the location of the hotel is in the very center of the resort. The only thing missing for the highest rating is the pool. Everything else is great. Many thanks to the management and staff of the hotel!
