The procedures, the availability of medicinal water right in the hotel, the location in the forest, but not far from the center... Therefore, we came in 2015 again and again were delighted. And now they have arrived. The hotel is unrecognizable as if it had been changed. The staff almost does not speak foreign languages, even at the reception. Friendliness faded. Especially to foreigners. It seems that foreigners are being driven away from the hotel. The Germans all fled, only the Russians are still holding out, and then in small numbers. The rooms are cleaned on a tyap blunder. The cook is apparently different, because. cooked not tasty. Gentlemen, the maids began to steal, which was not the case before!! ! Our ring was stolen, accidentally forgotten on the table for half an hour! And everyone pretends that everything is ok. No, now I will not recommend this hotel with an unreasonably high price to anyone. This is far from being the Freedom that we knew, loved and appreciated. . .

Since some of the procedures such as massage, mineral bath, electro-massage of the back have to be done in the neighboring Pacifica or Central Lazne (10 min walk), the procedures end at 15.00-16.00, because the guests of "Freedom" are given the free space that others have left. counting in the morning to do the procedure, and in the afternoon go on excursions with a tour. firms on weekdays are unlikely to succeed, because the latest ones leave at 14.30, so excursions are only Saturday-Sunday, or you need to have a personal car (from a rental), then you can visit those places where they take you on excursions. The staff is very responsive. In the restaurant, a full range of breakfast can be found arriving before 8 am, after which you eat what is left. Lunch and dinner you choose 1 dish out of 5, there is little meat, plenty of side dishes, but in principle enough. Internet 15 min - 30 CZK, in the lobby, the same price for Wi-Fi. Another drawback is that, unlike the guests of the neighboring Pacifica, who walk around the hotel in white bathrobes and receive all the procedures under one roof, in Svoboda you get this complex in at least two, or even three different buildings, all time to walk in street clothes. The rooms are cleaned regularly every day at 8-8.30. The main guests are Czechs and Russians
