But there is a but: the administrator, the girl, inattentive, did not warn about the transfer time....the info was sent to the email of the hotel at 13.15 in the afternoon, no one even looked. . . the list was not posted. . . in general, they showed us that it was our fault. . . they didn’t order a return transfer (honestly, my legs didn’t give way at the end of the holiday)....2 masseuses . . we got to gentle and light stroking....reflex foot massage including)

Rested in Marianske Lazne (hotel Westend 4 *) from November 1 to November 14.2012. I decided to write about this hotel because a week before the trip I read a negative review about this hotel (the author of the review was there in September). Rested in Marianske Lazne (hotel Westend 4 *) from November 1 to November 14.2012. I decided to write about this hotel because a week before the trip I read a negative review about this hotel (the author of the review was there in September). There were mixed feelings, everything was very bad, as a rule, something should be good.
So, the hotel is really small (this is written in the description of the hotel), but cozy, practically met with vacationers only in the restaurant. The schedule of procedures is drawn up in such a way that you don’t have to wait for anyone, there are no queues, you come at your own time. Very friendly nurses, many thanks to them. The contingent of vacationers is from 45-50 and older, but this is in all Lazne hotels. The repair of the neighboring hotel building (50-60 meters away) was indeed carried out, but there was no noise in the room. When walking along the streets of Lazne, other hotels were also undergoing renovations, from which the noise was much more audible in the area.
I think that the location of the hotel is very convenient, 10 minutes walk to the colonnade, the main street is 150 meters away. Indeed, there is no hotel territory, but there is a forest with walking paths and a forest spring 100 meters from the hotel. Have not seen a single hotel with a huge territory, and why?
We used the hotel bar: ordered in the morning (before excursions at 6 o'clock) and in the evenings tea, coffee, there were no problems. Once we were in the sauna, there is a pool there, but it is small, you can’t swim, it is more suitable for procedures. This is also written in the description of the hotel. Wi-Fi, both in the room and at the reception, worked smoothly, constantly communicated with grandchildren via Skype.
The rooms were cleaned every day, the only thing I didn’t like was that when we rested after the procedures, we went in to clean it, it was uncomfortable. There was nothing except shampoo, so take everything you need (conditioner, balm, etc. ) with you.
I liked the restaurant, the chef is excellent, the staff too! There were fresh vegetables and fruits, pastries, salads, juices (4 types), water, tea, coffee, soups, meat, chickens, fish. Neighbors at the table ordered wine, beer. In general, I liked everything, satisfying, I didn’t want to eat extra, although my husband is capricious in this regard. Thanks to the chef and waiters who served us.
I liked the treatment, 3-4 procedures before lunch, after lunch we walked. In total, 27 procedures were included in the package, which was enough for us. They took gas injections, carbonic and pearl baths, massage, paraffin, gas bag, electrotherapy. Thank you again girls nurses!
After lunch we went on an excursion to Nuremberg, to Weiden for shopping, on weekends we were in Prague, Munich and Switzerland. I liked everything very much. The only thing I advise you to take excursions in Lazne, we got 2 through Karlovy Vary, not very convenient, tired to go for about an hour to Lazne. Although the excursions organized by Eurotach were very pleasant, thanks to the guide Vlad.

Quiet. Calmly. Cosy. Nobody interferes. The staff speaks their native language. Greeted like a welcome guest. They see you off so that you want to return again, and more than once. The kitchen is like at home, what mom cooks. Children rejoice with adults, adults are happy as children. Surprised. I have been to the Czech Republic more than once, but here I felt that I had not been everywhere in the Czech Republic yet.
