The hotel is well located - st. Zitna, 33 - 5 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square, the museum, to the Powder Gate 15-20 minutes. Public transport was almost non-existent.
The hotel staff speaks Russian poorly (the team is quite young), but if you wish, you can understand each other. With English, there are no problems in communication, which we used.
The hotel has been recently renovated, everything is done pretty decently, new furniture and plumbing, electronic locks. The rooms are spacious, equipped with TV, refrigerator, telephone. Towels are changed every day, rooms are cleaned too, but those are as thorough as one would like.
Breakfasts are traditional. Loved the food - always fresh. But the lack of fresh fruit was disappointing - only assorted cut apples, oranges, grapes. The hotel was inhabited mainly by Russians and Italians. There are 2 computers in the hotel lobby with free Internet access for guests. In general, the impressions of the hotel are good - I strongly recommend it!
