THIS IS NOT FOUR STARS

REVIEW This is not four stars at all. Vologda and Syktyvkar four-star hotels are much better. The staff hardly speaks English (not to mention Russian). Upon check-in, they demanded a deposit of 50 euros for a minibar in the room (they are afraid that we will not pay when we leave). On the evening before the excursion to Vienna, we ordered dry rations from the porter instead of breakfast (because we were leaving early). In the morning they found out from him that it was necessary to order not the night before, but many days earlier. The maids at 6 pm knocked on the room, and without waiting for an answer (we were sleeping) entered the room, turned on the light, and even seeing the people, did not leave before spreading the flyers on the table. The shower curtain along the lower edge is so overgrown with dirt that it is simply black. A beer bottle opener (simple, cheap) is attached to the mini-bar with an iron chain (in case they steal it! ) There are no bathrobes or slippers in the rooms (which we are already used to even in Russian hotels).
New Year's Eve at the restaurant "Knight's Hall" (here in this hotel) - green melancholy. They filled it to the brim only with Russians and Belarusians (300 people), even from other hotels. The tables were so close to each other that, let alone dancing, it was difficult to get to the buffet. Music - "Kalinka-malinka", "Katyusha" and the like.
