We stayed at the Ibis Praha Mala Strana 3 * hotel from April 13 to 20. The hotel was chosen based on reviews. I am very grateful to everyone who wrote them, it helped not to make a mistake in choosing a hotel. I will share my impressions a little, maybe this will make it easier for someone to get to know Prague.
In general, the hotel is good - the price corresponds to the quality. It is very clean, the cleaning is good, the towels are changed daily. Breakfasts are monotonous, but satisfying.
The only drawback is that it is noisy at night in the room from transport passing near the hotel. Closed windows with double-glazed windows help only 20-30%.
About excursions. . Visited all walking tours of the historical places of Prague. We independently examined Vysehrad, climbed the funicular to Petrin Hill, Troy Castle, Prague Zoo.

From bus excursions - we visited Dresden, Nurberg, visited the city of Kutna Hora and Sternberg Castle. We bought excursions to Nuremberg and walking tours in Prague from the company that hosted us - best of Travel, (the main advantage of organizing these excursions is the presence of headphones through which you can hear the guide's story, which allowed you to freely take pictures and you can not stand next to the guide) Excursions to Dresden and the city of Kutna Hora were bought through GloBus-Travel near the Powder Gate. On these trips, we had minibuses and groups of 9 and 15 people, which had its positive points. The work of the guides was always good. Most of all I liked Elena, who went with us to Kutna Hora.
Every day we visited various cafes and breweries. We tried to try different types of beer. Most of all I liked the dark beer in the restaurant "At the Prokaznitsa" and in the brewery "On the Verandas" (500 meters from Andel metro station) Good Velvet and sliced beer. They took dishes only national cuisine. The best baked ribs in the brewery "On the verandas". In general, everything is very tasty, but this food is not for dieters or people with a sick stomach.
Public transport - The first days we used the metro. As it turned out, tickets for 18 kr are no longer there, but there are only 24 kr for 30 minutes and more. In those days when there were many transfers and transfers, they bought a daily allowance for 110 kr. I recommend asking for coins for buying tickets from vending machines at the first exchange of money, because kiosks where you can buy tickets for paper money are not everywhere, and it’s not very logical to go to the metro station in the center for them. In recent days, trams No. 12 and 20 have been used more. It takes 10-12 minutes to get to Wenceslas Square. The road is more interesting than the subway.
In general, I liked Prague. It is a city with its own history, culture and positive energy. You can get pleasure just walking along the old streets.
I will try to visit Prague and the Ibis Praha Mala Strana 3 * hotel again.
