The hotel "ILF" 3 * was offered to us by a tour operator back in St. Petersburg. We chose based on the inexpensive cost and proximity to the center of Prague.
True, they were far from the center, but by our standards: a 10-minute metro ride from the Budujovitska station to the Museum on Wenceslas Square is close. Moreover, it was only 5 minutes to go to the subway.
Our room was on the 4th floor, corner. The insulation is good, you can't hear your neighbors. Wifi was good in the room.
The room was cleaned every day. Bed linen and towels were changed once in 7 days. Soap and shampoo disposable at first put every day, then there was a break of two days. We had our own, so we did not suffer. There was no kettle in the room. The TV was showing 1 channel of Russia. The furniture is not quite new.

As for food, we only had breakfast. The menu is monotonous: sausages, fried bacon, salads, scrambled eggs, fresh tomatoes / cucumbers / cabbage. Tea coffee. Buns. Apples, oranges. Obviously no one was left hungry.
The staff treated well. They even found a common language with those who did not speak Russian.
General impression. Cons: monotonous breakfasts in the restaurant, the bacon was overcooked (burnt) almost all the time; I would like to have a kettle in the room; the "keys" from the room do not work well (perhaps they have become demagnetized). Pros: cleanliness in the hotel and in the room; the presence of Wi-Fi; good staff.
For a relaxing holiday I would recommend the hotel to everyone.
