I recommend choosing this hotel only if you, like my girlfriend and I, are NOT going to spend the night there all the time. We had hotels booked in other cities, we managed to visit Vienna, Karlovy Vary, Krumlov, and in Prague itself the apartment of a good friend of my girlfriend. Well, or if you are really, really short of money, but then mentally be prepared that the hotel, positioned as 3 *, does not reach these very stars.
From the pros. The metro station is close to the hotel, about 5-7 minutes walk, and the tram stop is even closer. The staff speaks Russian and is friendly. There is paid Wi-Fi. From the back of the hotel there is a good panoramic view of Prague. On this with pluses, perhaps, everything.
Minuses. Apparently, the hotel is experiencing an acute shortage of funds, hence the savings on electricity, heating and breakfast. What I mean: the breakfast is sooo modest, I have never seen anything more modest, in the evening the lights are off in the corridors, you have to turn it on yourself, the batteries are a little warm. There is no hair dryer and refrigerator, no bar, old furniture, gel-soap-shampoo once at the entrance (or because of our constant absence they didn’t bring new ones? ). They say that passing trams are very audible, but our room overlooked the courtyard, and we did not hear any extraneous sounds.

In general, think carefully before choosing this hotel, and I would not recommend staying there for more than a couple of days.
