Очень понравился отель! Loved the hotel!

We visited this hotel in October 2011. We chose for a long time from a variety of options, in the end we did NOT lose)) They brought us to the hotel at 1 am (night flight Moscow-Prague). We got it posted right away! I was pleased that at the reception there were not Russian speakers, but NATIVE SPEAKERS! That is, they understood us perfectly and at the same time European service (they also used laundry services). True, we were stupid once, at the time of check-in we were warned (but since it was deep at night, we missed it) that we had to warn about breakfast "with us" during early excursions a day in advance....That's how we once were left without breakfast))
The service is very polite. True, there is no refrigerator in the room, but in October it’s not hot anyway, so the food didn’t spoil even on the window. The room is not big, but everything is new and clean. They were cleaned daily, bed linen was changed twice in 10 days, with towels the system is the same, until you throw it on the floor they will conscientiously fold and hang dirty to dry : ) : ) : )
Breakfasts are more than decent (everything is fresh): vegetables (it’s worse with fruits, in Prague it’s generally stressful with them), sausages, ham, eggs (boiled), olives, fresh pastries, all kinds of muesli and yogurt, tea (bags), coffee (several views from the coffee machine).

In general, we are VERY satisfied with the hotel. Fall in love with the country! All year I just raved about the Czech Republic in general and Prague in particular!
We decided to return there again, but unfortunately, due to the financial side, we had to choose another hotel ((
