We used public transport only once, when we went to the zoo, but the metro station was nearby. Thanks to the staff at the reception - they settled right in the morning upon arrival at the hotel, which was very important after a long flight with a child and a sleepless night! And they helped to use the left-luggage office on the day of departure! We were very pleased with the food at the hotel! The child especially liked the freshly cut fruit, which was in great demand among tourists and therefore quickly disappeared. The room was cleaned daily, linen changed as well. No complaints. The downside is that the room was cool (but not cold! ), despite attempts to increase the temperature through regulation, and that no more bags of tea, coffee, sugar are added to the room after check-in. I would like the hotel to take into account these wishes! We would love to stay at this hotel again in the future!
