I wanted to go to Prague for a long time and was not disappointed. A very beautiful city: each building is a work of art, very clean and quite cheap. Friendly people, they themselves offered their help, kind waiters, who, unlike Estonian, try to speak all languages. O A lot has already been written in Prague, but I was most struck by the fountain, fountains and fountains. They are everywhere, starting from beautiful, sculptural and ending with small courtyards. And right at the metro station you can find a fountain with drinking water! Go to Prague, you will not regret !
However, choose a good tour operator and a trusted hotel! When I was going on a trip, I looked at the websites of many Estonian operators. Viktoria-reisid offered the most favorable price, this company has a very good website. However, misunderstandings began when billing. we refused it, the bill was redone, but for some reason it turned out to be 15 euros more than indicated. We were explained that this was a voluntary-compulsory excursion to East Bohemia. Ok, assuming that there must be something beautiful there, we agreed . But more on that later.
When boarding the bus, it turned out that our seats had been shifted, no one warned us about this. The guide VALERY rudely stated that this was clause number six of the contract and that if you don’t want to go, stay at home. It turns out that the tour to the Czech Republic was not booked and VALERA "graciously agreed to take us with him and did not leave us overboard", because a tour to Prague is the cheapest, and there were 15 more people who wanted to go to Bavaria and Austria.

Also, when boarding, money was collected for fuel in the amount of another 15 euros (which, by the way, had to be handed over in cash, i. e. without tax) In my opinion, there are 57 seats on the bus, i. e. 57x15 = 855 euros of net profit.
As a result, the trip cost the same price as other companies offer.
I ran into VALERA again in Poland, when there was a confusion with the numbers. And again he behaved in a boorish way.
And now about the hotel..... Some people pay big money to return back to the USSR. We returned there at the Pramen *** hotel. We were settled on the 11th floor. We were greeted by terrible heat in the hotel lobby and we realized that the rooms will be hot and stuffy. And so it happened, and it also stank of dampness very much. The window opened quite a bit and it was impossible to ventilate. shower. The water also flowed incomprehensibly - from a hot tap it was cold, and if you open two together, it was hot. There was no refrigerator or TV in our room. We must pay tribute that at least the linen and towels were clean, though a little torn. The food was good, but monotonous. Probably, when awarding this hotel three stars, the commission visited only the lobby and the first three floors, where a good repair was made.
We walked around Prague on our own, but on the last day we decided to take a tour that cost 22 euros. Valera knew in advance that the drivers had a day off and they would not take us, but he still collected money. And go on a tour on foot, which costs a maximum We didn’t want 10 euros. By the way, the money was also collected in cash. Not forgetting to be nasty again, Valera nevertheless gave us the money.
Now back to Bohemia, there is nothing to see there....and 15 euros could not have been spent!
So, draw your own conclusions, and if you still decide to travel with VIKTORIA-REISID, read carefully what is written in small handwriting and do not give in to provocation when VALERA is rude! ! Take care of your nerves!
Many thanks to the drivers Sasha and Sasha!
