We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, to be honest - I was not impressed. Of course, we only spent the night there, and for this it will do, but just in comparison with the Polish hotel where we stayed on the same trip, the emerald is very inferior.
I won’t say anything about breakfasts - in principle, you can eat up, well, even if it’s monotonous and a small choice, it’s not a tragedy, but the towels that we were given shocked me... and I took out mine, which I took exclusively to wrap them around Becherovka and glass souvenirs.
The towels were shabby, there was just a fringe around the edges of the soap... The carpet in the room is also ugly, I don’t know how it is cleaned there, but I wouldn’t advise anyone to walk on it barefoot... Although someone from our group really liked the hotel, and towels they gave out excellent... here how lucky. And here's another thing - the pillows there are just terrible, it feels like they have some kind of jelly in them, which spreads under the head in different directions... and this substance cannot be collected together ((

The hotel is of course far from the center, they explained this by the convenience of leaving the bus to other cities and the availability of parking. In principle, it is understandable and acceptable - but if you travel on your own - I would advise you to choose a hotel closer to the center.
In principle, there are no huge shortcomings, it is quite acceptable for an overnight stay, but it can be better. Even when traveling in western Ukraine, we were almost always accommodated in better hotels (although the same category)
