Never, you hear never!! ! My feet won't be here anymore!!!
Boiled so that one mate on the tongue, but I will try to be watered correct.
And now everything is in order.
1. The first thing that alerted me was the transfer to the hotel. The driver was looking for our hotel for 30-40 minutes, while he did not speak either English or Russian. Apparently such a popular hotel?!
2. On the sign of the hotel (huge letters) 2 letters were not lit. And this is a 4 star hotel. Hmm, something strange again.
3. We go inside the hotel - Brownian motion. It feels like you got either to the bird market, or mixed up the doors and ended up in some kind of shopping center. Crowds of peoples from pensioners to infants. Noise, din, screams, squeals.

4. At the reception, the administrator was looking for something in the papers for about 10 minutes, then he eventually called another on the computer, the story repeated itself. To my questions about whether everything is in order, they smiled and answered yes, everything is normal. As a result, they wrote out some piece of paper with the inscription A808 and sent it to the other end of the hotel to the next reception.
5. We get to the next respence, what is happening around is already beginning to resemble either a cheap hostel, or a cheap sanatorium, or a pioneer camp. They give out a small key with a plastic tag and a paper insert with the room number. Hmm, my sweat-box key looks more presentable. Thoughts in my head “Are we definitely in a 4-star hotel?! ”
6. We go into the elevator. Tin! Since 1970-1980 year of birth. Is it not pissed, and so all the attributes in the form of scratches, squeaks, non-burning light bulbs are present.
7. We leave on the 8th floor - it's dark. Where did we get? ! It appears to save electricity. Pressing the switch will turn on the light, but only for a few seconds. If you did not have time to reach the room, you need to look for the next switch along the corridor. By the way, in view of saving electricity, in sectors A, B, C - refrigerators are turned off, they stand as a bedside table. For cooling or storage, people put food and drinks on the windowsill outside the window. Fortunately, January is in the yard.
8. By the way, if you book a DBL standard room for your trip at this hotel, then welcome to sector C with all its amenities, or rather their absence.
9. What they call a minibar on the site and in the descriptions of the room is a piece of paper on the bedside table with a short list of drinks that, apparently, can be ordered the next day.
10. Returning to our number. The key barely climbed into the well, there, apparently, everything was so rusted that they could not even make one turn. We went and exchanged the key. Didn't work, same story. On the verge of breaking the lock, they barely turned and still burst into the room. Here we were in for a surprise.

11. Fears were confirmed - three beds (we have according to the STD DBL voucher), a room like in a cheap sanatorium or a pioneer camp. Cracks on the walls, tiles like in Soviet canteens, the refrigerator does not work, a light bulb burned out in one of the lamps, etc. etc. And this is a 4 star hotel? ! This was the last straw of our patience.
12. We drop things and go to the first reception to repair the disassembly. On the way we meet stoned and stoned youngsters who smoked right on the floor. We get stuck in the elevator described earlier, the doors are jammed. I had to open it with strong punches and kicks.
13. At the reception, everyone shrugged their shoulders and made surprised eyes, with phrases we are not to blame, this is not our fault. What I want to note is the hypocrisy of the administrators at the reception, who initially kept silent about the inconsistency of the room in the hope that we would swallow this bluff.
14. As a result, with screams, scandal and almost obscene language in different languages, we force the administrator to give a written receipt that tomorrow we will move to the room we are supposed to. As compensation for our experiences, we beg for a free SPA center for the duration of the entire stay.
As for the accommodation, it is still necessary to mention here, just in case, the tour operator Visit Europe, perhaps their share of the fault in the quality of the accommodation is also present.
15. The Top Hotel SPA center is also a pitiful sight, one of the saunas does not work, the aroma room also breathes in tune, such as a solarium, etc. In a word, it’s more for show and loud words than for pleasure. Rating - two with a plus!
16. We go to a restaurant to somehow fill our frustration. We order 2 tequilas, they bring neither in narrow glasses with salty edges, just in two glasses for water + two slices of lemon on a saucer! We have hysterical laughter. But that's not all, when asked about salt, we were pointed at the salt shaker. An attempt to pour salt out of there ended with the fact that, in addition to salt, rice also fell out of the salt shaker! Further comments are unnecessary.

17. On the second day, they nevertheless moved us, and in a room even a little higher class (apparently we drank a lot of blood to them), or simply the room promised to us was never released. In this superior room, in fact, the only advantage is the presence of a corner bath and a safe. The decoration and freshness of the renovation also leave much to be desired. On TV 10-15 channels in Czech and German. TV of course projection. I did not find any music channels. Also, there are no double beds in any of the rooms in this hotel!!!
18. The location of the hotel is extremely inconvenient. 10 minutes by bus, 20-30 minutes by metro. Moreover, for those who are not in the know, all transport in Prague runs strictly on schedule! Our bus number 115 on weekends and late hours (after 21:00) went with a 30-minute break, we had to freeze at stops.
19. Taking into account the fact that the tours start at 7:30-8:30, and the meeting is all at the monument on Wenceslas Square in the center of Prague, I had to get up early in the morning to be in time.
20. A ticket to the Center costs 26 kroons, a taxi costs 400-500 kroons. Who knows how to count, it is not difficult to conclude that with a difference in the cost of hotels (when choosing a tour) of 4-5 thousand rubles between a hotel in the Center and Top Hotel, a couple of night walks around Prague with a return by taxi and daily trips by public transport in these same 4-5 thousand rubles. and pour out.
21. Monotonous breakfasts, sausages, butter, cheap tea, one kind of coffee, juice diluted to horror, pieces of cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers.
22. Wi-Fi is free only at the bottom of the lobby bar, in the rooms for a fee.
23. The corridors of the hotel below look vulgar. A cheap and unsuccessful attempt to decorate the walls with portraits and paintings.
24. There is no first aid kit at the reception even with the most necessary and basic medicines. They smiled at us with pity and said that the nearest pharmacy over there would open only in the morning, but for now, be patient.
25. Save not only on electricity. If it gets at least a degree warmer outside, get ready for the fact that there will be slightly warm batteries and the temperature of hot water in the tap will be 30-35 degrees.

p. s. Summarizing all of the above, there is only one conclusion - Top Hotel is one of the worst hotels in Prague. The prices do not match the conditions. The quality of service in all areas is disgusting. On the way to the airport, we managed to talk with 4 more couples from Russia. No one had such a hotel as we had, and at prices for the same period (from January 1 to January 8), the differences were no more than 5 thousand rubles. The only difference is that they enjoyed the holiday, and we returned with horror every day to this godforsaken motel on the outskirts of the city.
We believe that we have fulfilled our duty by conveying the whole truth about this hotel to the visitors of this site. The hotel is pushing for 3 stars.
Surely, each of you will wonder why we chose this hotel. The answer is banal - a few weeks before the New Year we decided to go to Prague, we chose from what was left, taking into account the advice of the travel agent (by the way, we will also reprimand him at the meeting). Finally, we wish everyone an unforgettable vacation in Prague!! !
