In the list of hotels that the travel agency offered us, "Tosca" was not. But thanks to the reviews of tourists, I paid attention to this hotel because of its convenient location and good breakfasts. At my request, they gave us "Tosca" in Prague and we did not regret it.
Literally 200 meters away is the metro station "Namesti (square) Miru", a 7-minute walk - Wenceslas Square - the gathering place for all tourist groups. Nearby is a good restaurant with Italian cuisine and local beer and a very cool shop with blanks for needlework - ceramic buttons, beads, sets for making earrings, pendants, hairpins.
The hotel itself has 3 stars, but since we only “crawled” into it to spend the night, we didn’t need more: fresh linen, changed every three days, cleaned every day; the waitresses speak Russian, at the reception - in English, but you can "clear up. Shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer, extractor fan - everything is in order. There was shampoo, there was no soap. We did not use the mini-bar, but the refrigerator, in where it was located - yes. The hotel has only 4 floors, but there is an elevator (we used it only upstairs). On the day of departure, we had to leave the room before 12, and they took us to the airport at 18.15. The girl at the reception kindly agreed to leave our things were in the staff room and we could walk around Prague all day long.

For breakfast, several types of cold cuts were offered (sausages, pate, something like aspic), cheese, apples, oranges, coffee, tea, juice (orange and apple), milk, muesli, cereal, yogurt, jams, boiled vegetables, scrambled eggs , pasta or beans in sauce, something like boiled sausages, toast, pastries (so-so). We were quite full until lunch.
Despite the fact that there is a tram running next to the hotel, in Prague they are quiet and did not interfere with us. There are rooms with windows to the courtyard, maybe it makes sense to ask for such a room if it is important for someone.
We really liked Prague, "Tosca" did not disappoint.
