There are no complaints about the service and staff. The hotel is homely, the staff speaks Russian, friendly. There is one Czech in the Ghonzha restaurant - this is so that you still do not forget that you are in the Czech Republic. Very friendly and smiling. For dinner, you can order dishes of Czech cuisine, there are no complaints about the quality, everything is delicious, the portions are large. The staff will orient you around Prague and advise you on what places in the Czech Republic you can visit. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff for their attention and participation, especially Irina, the director of the restaurant, and Natasha, the administrator at the reception.
