We stayed in this hotel from 01/09/2010 to 01/16/2010. I want to say that we were not very lucky with the weather. Local residents said they had not seen this for 10-12 years. On the first day of our arrival, there was a heavy snowfall and it continued for another 3 days. All of Prague was covered with snow, and no one is cleaning the streets there. (it will melt on its own). Our flight from Moscow was delayed and we arrived in Prague quite late. There are no complaints about the travel company Travel System.
We were met and taken to the hotel. At the hotel at the reception, we were met by a cute uncle who speaks Russian (and in general, all the hotel employees speak Russian perfectly, took our passports and gave us the keys to the rooms (it all took 1-2 minutes) No terrible prohibiting documents (as many write here) we didn't sign.
The room is simple, but very nice (nothing shabby, broken, etc. ), the only problem was that the room is cool, but I turned the knob on the radiator to 5, besides, the blankets on the bed are very warm. The room has a hairdryer, safe, mini bar (very modest and we did not use it), TV (with one Russian channel), there was a bedspread on the bed.

Breakfasts at the hotel from 7:30 They give scrambled eggs, 2 types of salads, sausages or meatballs, cutting 2 types of sausage and cheese, oatmeal porridge, boiled vegetables, various types of cereals and muesli, juice, tea, coffee, butter, jam (maybe someone then at home he has a more hearty breakfast, but it seems to me quite enough) And in the evening in the same restaurant we had a very good dinner (the menu is very diverse, I’ll name the main ones: knee, sausages, rabbit kebabs and other types of meat, a lot of chicken dishes, goulash, etc. and, of course, beer)
The staff is exceptionally polite and responsive. Almost all the guests in the hotel are Russians. There is a bus stop 200 meters from the hotel (bus 133), having reached the final stop of this bus and crossing the river, we met with the guides (Malostranska metro station). This whole journey took 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop next to the hotel.
Only one minus I can name about this hotel - housekeeping, dust in all corners, leaving tips - didn't help. Good luck on your travels
