We were in Prague at the end of October 2009. The hotel corresponds to three stars. In 3–4 min. walk from Charles Bridge. There is no refrigerator and was not promised, although it is not such a luxury, it could be installed. They settled us in No. 501. Do not stay in this room if possible. The room is large, spacious, in a sense, even a penthouse. BUT! The windows overlook the elevator shaft! That is, the room is twilight, no view from the window - one "well". The toilet and shower are normal, though on the first day the towel was with a hole, but then they changed it. Liquid soap, hair dryer, shower - all honestly. There is a safe (paid). The beds are good, moderately hard. On TV from Russian speakers - ORT. Towels were changed regularly if you throw them on the floor, bed - once a week. Cleaned only 2 days out of 4. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a choice, the menu is the same every day (sausages, scrambled eggs, rice, cauliflower, a couple of types of cheeses and sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, salad, some fruit, muesli, all sorts of sauces). There is a lot of cinnamon in baking. Drinks - tea, coffee, juices. The staff is English-speaking, though the kitchen workers are Russian-speaking. There is free luggage storage. There is free WiFi, but it only works on the ground floor, so you have to sit in the lobby. In general, the hotel and staff are ok. Host party - Terma-travel. Punctual, serious company, without any "Lokhov divorces"
