I have been to this hotel twice - in 2006 and 2008. Both times with a tour group.
Absolutely no complaints. Clean, neat. Hairdryer and shampoo in the bathroom. The rooms are closed not with a key, but with magnetic cards.
Breakfast is good, there is plenty to choose from.
In general, "five".
