Last weekend I had to visit Bavaria, near Munich. I will make a reservation at once, the trip was in a budgetary option.

In general, I have been to Germany many times, but it was another Germany - the industrial North Rhine-Westphalia. With its charms and features.

But Bavaria met me with an unexpected discovery. Leaving the airport in Memmingen, I was immersed in the long-forgotten smell of rural manure. The last time I inhaled the smell of such intensity in my grandmother in the village 30 years ago? . I am sure that if we move a few tens of kilometers away from Kyiv, we can also smell such happiness. But somehow I didn't have to. More and more - in the metropolis, with all that follows…

I thought that such a smell would accompany me here all the time. But no, after 20 minutes of driving on the highway (an acquaintance met) the smell evaporated and the air became unbearably clean.

If I hadn't moved from Donetsk to Kyiv a few years ago, I would probably have started to break down? .

Relatives met well, the lawn is covered with a local specialist. Late dinner with Bavarian beer. By the way, the bottle touched me: back in the Union, all beer and citro were bottled in exactly the same bottles. In short, a ghost from the past. Photo attached.

In the morning, having fun having breakfast with Munich sausages with local mustard (although sweet, but very tasty! ) And diluting it all with four types of French and Bavarian cheeses, we go for a walk to one of the largest lakes in the resort area near Munich.

In fact, the village where I am stationed (W? Rthsee) is also located in the resort area, and our lake, albeit smaller, but the warmest on the outskirts of Munich. That is why it is especially popular there. But about him - later.

Until d. walk station 15 minutes.

We walked slowly, enjoying the surrounding nature and Bavarian houses. From time to time I asked to wait for me, photographing the rural idyll of Bavaria. In some places, these species reminded me a lot of English villages from the detective series "Purely English Murders". The same perfectly trimmed lawns and bushes of incredible greenery, perfectly flat country roads and locals who look closely at strangers. But if you smile at them and nod your head, they will give you the same answer. The fields are dotted with kumach poppies, and this contrast of bright green and red causes a storm of admiration: what a beauty! The two "MINI Coopers" stopped in front of each other, and their hostesses chirped happily, enjoying a warm sunny morning. The MINI brothers are patiently waiting for their mistresses, ready to start the second. The breed is felt!

We approach the station.

To the left is a small field of wheat framed by hewn logs, which is crowned by several white houses. Some of them are half hidden in a small forest. Leaning against the fence, there are several bicycles, on which their owners reached the station and left here until their return. They are, of course, fixed with ropes with a lock, but this would not stop some lovers of easy money to get rid of the rope and become a happy owner of a cheap two-wheeled horse.

The station itself was more like the terrace of a small cozy hotel: perfectly clean, with 8-10 vine tables and the same chairs that you could expect your train to sip a light cocktail. On the platform we found a cheerful male company. All as one - in the famous Bavarian leather pants - lederhosp. Traditions are reverently guarded here.

The train did not have to wait long and we got into an almost empty car.

Yes, this is not North Rhine-Westphalia, where such a luxury can only be dreamed of, and passengers like ants: apparently invisible. We were conveniently located near one of the windows, the train moved and in front of us floated sweet-looking pictures of the Bavarian province: villages, fields, pastures, lakes and forests. When the journey is comfortable, you do not notice the way. After 10 minutes we arrived at our destination: the town of Herrsching, where one of the largest lakes in the resort area near Munich - Ammersee.

Only 5 minutes we were on the shores of the lake. After the multi-million Kyiv, where it sometimes takes more than an hour to get to the recreation area, the Bavarian 5 - 10 minutes just touch. You, without straining, without city noise and smog, get the impression of being in a state of light relaxation.

We only grumbled that we hadn't taken a couple of bottles of Bavarian beer from home so that finding a suitable place on the shores of the lake would not be so difficult.

We walked through an authentic wooden pier, having a short photo shoot for friends and descendants. A large group of us in striped swimsuits passed by us, more and more retirees. They went to the sightseeing boat to get enough passengers. But we had a different plan for the day, and we continued our journey along the coast, with curiosity looking at small hotels and cafes.

As a result, we stopped our choice at a small cafe in the form of a small boat (where else without it! ) And with great pleasure dived into the galleons. And if we did not forget the beer at home, this pleasure would be tripled? .

The beer was wonderful, the sun was finally set, and began to caress us thoroughly, helping the beer and the coastal waves to feel complete relaxation. Flowerpots and flowerpots could be seen all around, and even on a perfectly clean tub standing nearby, such a pot also adorned itself.

Of course, I'm not a fan of all the vases there, but in this case, the bourgeoisie looked very attractive. The light noise of the surf and the smell of the sea soon made us move from the comfortable table of the cafe closer to the water. The shore of the lake was no different from the sea - the same small pebbles and a similar smell of sea freshness emanating from the oncoming waves.

Inspired by the sea ozone and visiting the galleon again, we went further along the coast, again admiring the coastal attractions.

They approached the local yacht club and I tried to walk through the area to the coastal strip, but my sister stopped me in time: “The sign forbids non-club members to enter. Violator - a fine. I think the fine is not small. So turn it around! ». It's good, though, that there was a person nearby who understood German well, because I could have made a mistake here with my English.

On the way to the parking lot we met a tiny 3-wheeled BMW 60's.

Just a charm, I have not seen such crumbs live (our "disabled" does not count? ). I posted it on a photo album.

Walking through the central streets and shopping in stores that were missing in W? rthsee, we returned to the station, and soon settled back into an empty and cozy car that took us home.

Turning to W? rthsee, on the way home we took another road past the town hall. The Town Hall building quickly resembled a library - bright, with many windows and solar panels on the roof.

By the way, we have seen such batteries everywhere: in private and public buildings. It is immediately obvious that people really care about the environment and do not complain about spending their blood on it. They have money, and they understand what they need to focus on first: the purity of the air you breathe.

In turn, it is difficult for me to understand wealthy Kyivites who drive expensive jeeps, but live in such places of Kyiv, where it stinks almost every day, just like under the pipes of chemical plants in Donbass.

Opposite the Town Hall, I could not help but photograph a beautiful house called "Pension am See" (Pension on the lake). Yes, here I would like to spend part of my pension (when will I earn on it? ). Arriving home and resting a bit, we went to a restaurant by the lake to end such a wonderful day. And indeed, the dinner was a success. The food was delicious, the service was fast and high quality, and the weather was wonderful.

The sun was setting until sunset, kindly playing on the perfect water surface. In the water, a step away from our table, a flock of huge fish splashed, obviously missing the pan. I think they are often fed here by burghers. Visual cycle of things in nature: food - fish, fish as food - on the table.

From large portions of beer and food in an hour and a half, we ourselves became like soft burgers, staring into the distance. Here it is, the happiness of the Bavarian province: the sun, the lake and a wonderful treat!
