I just returned from a trip to Germany and I want to share with everyone how great it was and, of course, how my husband and I came to this.

In March of this year we visited Paris and as soon as we returned, even while still on the road, we began to plan our next vacation in Europe. In principle, we have long wanted to see Germany, so we did not think for a long time.

First, as usual, we went through the forums, read the reviews and decided that we would start our trip in Berlin, rent a car and go to see the country. I really wanted to get an idea not only about large and famous cities, but also about how the Germans live in the outback.

Plane tickets were ordered via the Internet Moscow-Berlin, Munich-Moscow.

We decided to book the hotel in advance only in Berlin on booking. com, as we did not know how long we would like to stay there. Since we are already experienced travelers, we know that a lot depends on who will show you the city first. While still in Paris, we talked about this with our guide, and she recommended one guide to us in Berlin, since she herself was on an excursion with her. She said that the guide has a deep knowledge of history in detail and sets out very interesting. Nevertheless, we decided to first read about this guide on the Internet. You know, "guide" solidarity and all that. It turned out that the reviews about this guide are only positive. We were bribed by the fact that almost everyone writes that she does it with her soul and her love for this city is felt.

So we decided and contacted her by e-mail, the price suited us. And although she immediately offered us excursions to other cities, we decided that we must first make sure that this is the person we need.

I want to say that we did not regret it, everything was just super: the weather, although it was November, and the guide, thanks to which we fell in love with Berlin. Moreover, we went with her to Potsdam. For me it was a discovery. I have never heard or read anything about this city. This is just an amazing city: clean, green, small, so different, relaxing, and there is so much water around this city!

We were delighted.

Then we went to Dresden. We wanted Lydia to go with us, but unfortunately she was busy, so we decided, in order not to spoil our impressions with another guide, we will see the city ourselves, especially since she had already told us a little about it.

Of course the city is incredible. As soon as I imagine that there was a wasteland on the site of today's restored old city, I marvel. No, the Germans, of course, as far as their culture is concerned, well done. do not destroy, but try to preserve and restore everything.

I highly recommend climbing the tower and looking at the city from above - it's great! We spent 3 days in Dresden. We made a trip to the famous Saxon Switzerland. Yes! It's worth it to be seen. Unique landscape.

Oh yes, I really liked the powder keg restaurant. Recommended.

From Dresden we went via Leipzig and Nuremberg to Munich. Here we wanted to take a guide, but somehow we could not find anyone. Those who were found were busy, in general, we decided to see the city again ourselves. Here are the addresses that we set in the navigation, maybe they will help someone too:

Old and new town hall (Marienplatz)

Old Botanical Garden (Elisenstraß e)

Church of Our Lady(Frauenplatz)

Max-Joseph Platz

Olympia Park(BMW Museum)-Spiridon-Louis-Ring)

Nymphenburg - Deserves special attention

Neuschwanstein Castle is located 120 km from Munich - it is worth seeing, a fabulous place and the castle itself is also fabulous.

I hope this information can help someone and good luck!
