The hotel is conveniently located, 20 minutes walk to Marienplatz, but very close to the metro stop. There is a grocery store nearby.
The staff is very attentive. They tried to answer all questions, gave maps and diagrams, tried to explain how to get through. After the first night, they asked to change the room, they solved the issue without any problems. The receptionists speak English perfectly, it was just a shame for their English. Breakfast is excellent, varied.
Now for the disadvantages. On the first day we slept badly because of the noise. The windows of the room overlooked the street, it turned out that at night there was very heavy traffic on it. The next day, the room was changed, got with windows to the courtyard, with a balcony and a more spacious bathroom. But unlike the first one, there was no mini-bar. All drinks were on the shelf. But we liked this number much more. Especially the balcony, where it was so nice to sit in the evening with a can of beer. So we put up with the lack of a refrigerator. There was a hair dryer in both rooms.
In general, very positive impressions were left, largely due to the very friendly and hospitable staff. Therefore the score is 5.
