THE STAFF IN THE HOTEL STEAL!!!!!
October 1 to October 13.2013 rested with a friend in this hotel, building 93. Everything was fine! The Dominican Republic is a wonderful, beautiful country, amazing excursions, we were happy with everything until the last day. On the 12th we went for dinner, after the evening animation we returned to the room and saw that we had been robbed! Both phones, a tablet, money, jewelry, perfume, and, ridiculously, my demi-season boots and a friend from a cosmetic bag with powder and blush. We went to the reception to sort it out, the security guards came to us, clicked their tongues, said the safe was not cracked - we don’t call the police, and in general they don’t understand us, tomorrow morning there will be a Russian translator, then we’ll talk. Half the night they called the guide from the room, did not pick up the phone, in the morning they found the guide, he also repeated to us that the safe was not broken, so everything is not provable. Excuse me, why do I have to prove that I was robbed!! ! And that I had to put my boots in the safe? ! Vacation ruined!! ! I do not recommend to go to this hotel.
