We rested for 2 weeks in Deluxe, we stopped by the next day after its opening, everything was brand new, clean, for another week they brought either a trash can, or another vase, or a menu, in short, all sorts of little things, apparently they did not have time to prepare everything for the opening. There is a plasma in the room, a clock with a slot for an iPhone, we were very pleased, WiFi, paid though.
The staff at the hotel is terrible, poorly speaking or not speaking English, not going to meet you, the waiters sometimes just get smeared pretending not to understand you and leave. We wanted to have a wedding in a hotel, we could not find a wedding planner for a week, she did not answer calls and left messages. The wedding was held in another place, everything turned out great, and then they saw how they do it in our hotel, they were shocked! We are lying on the beach, the hotel staff comes up and asks to move a little further, so they pushed a strip 5 meters wide and installed an arch, and an hour later they held a wedding there, between half-naked vacationers.
In a la cartes, the food is more interesting than on the buffet, but it was insanely infuriating that they were booked from 8-10, PPC, you have to get up so early to have a normal dinner!! ! so also had to stand in line for the record, and then in front of the restaurant. We liked French, Mexican, not bad in a steak house, but you have to wait a long time for an order, although it is without an appointment.

At the end of the hotel there is a village where you can get souvenirs, but it is better not to take rum and sagars there, everything is fake.
