We were in this hotel for two weeks. a day before the end of the holiday, I was robbed in my room - the maid - they took things from my wardrobe. took. which is more expensive than Burberry. they also have good taste. but it doesn't make me happy. I turned to the security service and to the administration - zero result, as a result they rummaged through my suitcases and examined my room. but they didn't make much of an effort to interrogate the maid. time passed, there was no result. to my question, where are my things, they sat smiling and looked like an idiot. I will not recommend the hotel. maybe the aftertaste is not very pleasant - that someone climbed into my things right down to my underwear and chose. what to take. what to leave me. advice - if you suddenly decide to spend money on this hotel - take it. what is cheaper and if suddenly there was a theft immediately contact the police. and not to the security service, and only then is a favorable outcome possible or the return of your belongings or compensation to you
