We lived in The Reserve for only 2 days! Horror is simple! We lived in the Royal Service, paid 1500 USD per day. They tried to book a restaurant for the New Year - there were no more places : ( We were shocked. We celebrated the New Year outside the hotel. Although we had an "assistant" in the service, who was supposed to help us in everything, including booking tables. We saw him once upon arrival.
Internet is not working well.
The beach is dirty.
There is no soundproofing in the rooms.
The staff is not polite.
In general, a complete horror for the money!
We visited three hotels, we liked the Moon Palace Casino Golf & Spa Resort 5 * (now it is called the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana. The price is 3 times cheaper, the attitude towards vacationers is much better!
