Rested here 16-27.11. 2021. If you have a birthday, no one will congratulate you. Do not wait.
We were put in room 1501 (garden). For all the rest we saw hot water 1 time!! ! The room is wildly damp, hence the unpleasant smell that nothing can be done about. They don't even give you a blanket - sleep under a sheet. It's cold at night, so stock up on socks or you'll catch a cold. There is no hot water
There is no hair dryer. There is no iron. All plumbing is covered with a century-old layer of plaque. They didn't do any cleaning, just made the bed.
At the end of the holiday, they completely stopped leaving towels for the feet.
There were three of us - slept in 1.5 beds. Sleeping together on such a small bed is still a pleasure.
The food is 1/10. For the fruit was in the truest sense of the word a fight. They take out on trays in very small quantities, and in 10 seconds they are simply taken apart.

Passion fruit green, carambola green, melon green. This is impossible. 1 time managed to snatch a mango - it's fire.
Papaya is extremely rare, but delicious.
Seafood - forget it. They are not here as well as fruits)
Ration is the same. Every day is the same. I didn’t get any pleasure from eating, I satisfied my hunger - no more.

Beach. The sea is beautiful, warm, clean. Perfect sand, smooth entry into the water, no waves at all. BUT! I have never been on a bed. Because there are no free ones. People are like animals, occupy sunbeds, mark them, leave things and hang out on them all vacation. It is not right. Everything should be free at night. We came at 3:00 am to check cleanly - everything was busy))))) Therefore, take your sunbeds for the beach.

And now about the attitude of the staff: 0/10!! ! The staff doesn't care about you or your problems. They know their faults and refuse to fix them. We were scandalously moved to a room with hot water only 2 days before the end of the holiday. The receptionist can simply stand in front of your nose and leave, leaving you alone with the problem. And so every day.
They refer to the lack of free rooms (open a booking with them and prove the opposite), or to the fact that you arrived at the wrong time, it’s too late to move you (again, open the booking, it says check-in from 15:00).
