Of course, if you wish, you can find cons in a 5-star hotel, but it was VERY cool here. For us, the only negative seemed to be that the water in the sea was really not transparent, but I would not say that it is dirty, it just flows somewhere near the river (costs are everywhere). We met "Russian Americans", so many said that this is one of the coolest hotels in the Dominican Republic, if not the coolest, especially for families. For young people, maybe it would be boring, since there were no other hotels or settlements around, but there is enough of everything on the territory. But there were two hotels being built very actively nearby, so in the future he would not be so lonely in this lagoon. The territory is beautiful, just beautiful, otherwise to say - a sin! swimming pools for both children and adults, two jacuzzi pools...
Food - for slaughter, for 2 weeks there she recovered by 4 kg, her husband by 6 - this says something. Desserts - eat or don't want to: cakes, ice cream, fruits, yogurts... The main thing is to immediately consider what is where, otherwise we saw milk porridge in the morning only a couple of days before departure, and it is served every day.
In short, you have to go there and relax, you can’t tell everything...
