The fact that, firstly, there were 2 beds, and we booked a king size bed, secondly, everything was old, and thirdly, the Internet did not pull (((. We went to the reception , we were signed up for relocation for the day after tomorrow - FREE OF CHARGE (later, of course, we thanked the administrator). And so it happened. Moved to room 4209! After that, everything went fine))). Super room! The furniture is new, bright, wi-fi worked. By the way, Wi-Fi is paid. We took for 7 days - $50. Enough to the end, since time only passes when you use it. You also need to buy a carrier and + there is 110 V, it is charging more and more slowly. We bought a carrier from them in the store - $ 5. The room was cleaned very well. They asked to be cleaned in the morning, leave a dollar and go to the beach. They came - everything is clean) The service, both in the room and throughout the hotel, is super. Pleasant, clean, smiling and dancing workers)))). The food is excellent, varied. The idea of restaurants for the evening is great. What's in the pizzeria, what's in the Mexican, what's in the Dominican (the others didn't have time) - tasty and pleasant. The animators are funny and funny. And they taught dancing, and all sorts of aerobics and games on the beach, and evening shows ! ! Don't get bored! A little more about the Join-up company. Olga - the manager with the nymph tour - even just called the room from time to time, asking if everything was fine with us and if there were any problems.
