We arrived in quarantine, everywhere is empty, the hotel is filled only with Ukrainians and locals for the weekend.
Briefly to the point:
IMPORTANT!! ! The country is unsafe therefore:
- it makes no sense to take expensive things, jewelry, laptops with you without special need, as they steal in the hotel and outside the hotel they can be attacked, during my stay there was a case on a wild beach, although after that police posts were set up there every day;
- be sure to take a paid safe, 3 c. u. per day, this is not a 100% guarantee, but it helps 99%;
- take the main cash and additionally a card if you plan to go to a supermarket or large stores, but not in every store the devices read modern chips on cards. Cash take small 5.10, 20, change is given, but very few places have it;

- buy adapters for a euro plug or buy there for 1-2 dollars, if you go to the left of the entrance and after 50 meters there will be a lot of shops, you really need to bargain, they evaluate your clothes and beat the price -30-50% can be easily removed, otherwise all 60;
- those who fly to lie on the shore on the beach in the hotel and don’t like to go, then you don’t go to this hotel, it’s not water but a swamp, the hotel is in a hollow, plus boats, ships, or currents, or other reasons are placed near it , but when you go into the water knee-deep you don’t see your legs, it’s a brown-blue swamp, only they have sand in the photo there)) But if you go to the left along the beach, then immediately the water gradually changes its color, we went up to 2 km and fell to paradise, jungle, clear water, coconuts, we were wildly delighted and if we didn’t go anywhere, we always sat there, and it was nice to walk through warm water and clean sand, after the incident with the attack on tourists who were taken 35 dollars and an iPhone, they put a policeman there, we always took drinks for him from the hotel and treated him with what we could, he was very grateful, because it’s sad in the heat without water, a local seller of coconuts wanders there - Manuel, sells them from 1.2- 2 at. e. for a coconut, very cheerful and positive, do not offend him, this is his income, he always walks and sings, knows English. Thanks to these places, we forgave the hotel a swamp;
- do not buy rum and cocoa in local shops, everything is much cheaper in other stores, I will write below.
The hotel is large, very pleasant, although a lot of things did not work.
The rooms are tired, but spacious and comfortable, we were lucky everything worked except for the TV set, it was not tuned to the channels, but since we didn’t need it, we didn’t apply.

Food: we expected it to be worse, but everything is very tasty, there was always fish, seafood was often, red wine struck me the most - it was the best wine from all countries on the all-inclusive, not swill from powder, but from a bottle, pleasant table wine, worthy beer , everything else is like everywhere else, but we brought strong drinks with us, namely rum, that's what you should drink there in the evenings)) very tasty sweet table, a lot of local fruits, dishes with bananas struck, they fry them, soar so they don’t distinguished from potatoes, very tasty, and semolina porridge with bananas and cinnamon is fantastic, the child had something to choose from.
Service: smile and you will be smiled, ask politely and everything will be fine with you, and if you are not greedy and give 5-10 dollars, then you will not regret))
We rented a car from a local, near the hotel in a shop, where you can also arrange to be taken to the supermarket and back, if necessary, I will throw off my contacts.
All tours were bought much cheaper from local VIP TUR because the prices were twice cheaper, ignore all the scarecrows from tour operators, I saved $ 360 for my family 2 + 1 on two excursions, boys in special T-shirts walk along the beach, you can give an advance payment of 20 USD. and the rest can be paid before the excursion itself, the prices of adobe 2 + 1 are 245, on this excursion they have a horseback ride to the waterfall, ours didn’t have it, I generally think that with ours to go to adobe for 2 + 1 - 380 dollars there is no point in the program being meager, saona - 2 + 1 - 150.
You only need to buy rum and other drinks in the Licormart Punta Cana store, where you can find the price three times cheaper on the map yourself, we went there twice on a rental car and asked the local to take us to the Jumbo supermarket and then to Licormart Punta Cana is nearby. In the supermarket, buy cheap cocoa and stuff.
