As always, a true review (we rested in May 2021), let's go))
Room: we settled ahead of time without any additional payments (did not even hint), we changed the room due to the fact that the air conditioner was very buzzing in the first room. They replaced it right away, no extra charge. The room is not the first freshness, but everything worked. The bed was changed every day (cleaned normally). The bar was filled every other day +/-, but the water is delivered without problems.
For those who expect to see the hotel’s business card in the room - bottles of alcohol, then I will disappoint, this is no longer there (coronavirus, however).
Yes, there the equipment in the bathroom (toilet, for example) works specifically, do not rush to complain that it is broken, just ask to be shown how it works.
Internet: excellent, caught everywhere (both in the room and on the beach as well), even partially on the territory of other hotels.

Territory: of all RIUs (by the way, you can use the infrastructure of all hotels), I liked the BAMBU territory the most, green, beautiful, well-groomed, comfortable.
Staff: a couple of times the guy at the reception was out of sorts, but I didn’t notice outright rudeness, everyone is smiling (for $ 5, anyway))). They poured what they asked for and how much they asked for, in general - an offset.
Restaurants: we didn’t use a la carte, the main restaurant was quite suitable, there were always places, we didn’t have to wait a long time for a table or service (in a la carte, they say, you have to wait). I liked the food, not super varied, but there was always meat, fish, fruits, vegetables. You definitely won't leave hungry.
Beach: here, as they say, the situation is specific....What they write about algae is true (I myself was indignant at how the algae were “cleaned up”. But after going all the coast to the cape, I realized that our situation is still far from the worst. In fact, the RIU PALACE beach (we went there) is one of It turned out to be the most acceptable for swimming, if not for the algae - just heavenly beaches, very beautiful, and the color of the ocean is beautiful. But no luck. By the way, it should be noted that the beach was still removed (the algae were both taken out and buried with a bulldozer, but still ineffective) Eh…
Will we come back here again - most likely not (because the world is very big and you need to know it). Do I recommend RIU - yes.
