Hello everyone! : ) I want to write about this wonderful hotel! Rested in the Dominican Republic for the New Year with her boyfriend. They flew on their own, not through operators.
I wanted to relax to the fullest, so we chose good, reputable hotels. Our first hotel was Zoetry agua punta cana, the hotel is good, but very small and quiet, so we moved to the more famous, noisy and big hotel The Reserve Paradisus Palma Real. We took the Royal Service with an ocean view, where we were promised a full service 24 hours, plus additional services were included in the price, for example, an assistant who deals with all our issues, for example, booking tables, sunbeds, etc. But, unfortunately, in this hotel there is no question of any service and attentive attitude to the client (there is something to compare with the first hotel). Everything needs to be booked. We did not see any assistant promised. Trying to book a table for the New Year, we were told that there were no more tables, although we arrived 2 days before the holiday and settled in the Royal Service! NG was celebrated outside the hotel : ( The attitude towards everyone there is disregarding. And what is important, there was no Internet promised in the room, but for us it was the main condition. Algae is everywhere on the beach, they clean it, but they still exist - it’s not pleasant. That’s what it means popular, expensive and already spoiled by the attention of the hotel!
As a result, a friend living in the Dominican Republic advised us the Moon Palace Casino Golf & Spa Resort hotel, warned that it was not yet completely completed, it had recently opened, but it was very beautiful, large and there were much fewer people there, since few people knew about it still knows. Upon arrival, we immediately fell in love with this hotel. Friendly staff met us as the most important guests, the guide showed us the hotel, told everything, we were quickly settled into a room, although we did not book it in advance, but arrived and agreed on the spot. The room was very large and comfortable! We took it closer to the lobby, and not to the ocean, because we already know from experience that it is the most noisy there, but it was quiet here, opposite a pond, birds, quiet beautiful music plays all the time, and, as it turned out later, for free cakes it’s convenient to run in the lobby! : )) And a train goes to the ocean, stopping right at our room is convenient! But we always walked or took bicycles (for free! ).
In general, the hotel is just great! Compared to where we lived before, especially with the second, heaven and earth! And the price of rooms is three times less than in the previous one. However, the service and attitude of the staff is top notch! Everyone greets you, smiles, is ready to help you at any moment, even vacationers are infected with positive and also everyone smiles and greets each other : ) And everything is free there!! ! Lots of restaurants, nothing to book, which is very important! I wanted to go to Italian, I wanted to Mexican... a lot of cafes, small and large, a pizzeria. Buns, ice cream, cake. . . whatever you want, all for free! And what kind of food is there . . overeating! Desserts are incredible!!!
Even three excursions are offered and also for free! We completely forgot about the money.
Clean, beautiful beach, without algae and garbage. Always free sunbeds.
And most importantly, the room worked perfectly, just flew, INTERNET!! ! Therefore, I rested, and my boyfriend had working days : ))) We liked it there so much that we returned our tickets and stayed there for another week!!!!
