Well, firstly, the hotel is not 5, but 4 stars, but this makes it no worse, it's so, by the way, it's simple)))
My husband and I returned just the other day, we were from September 10 to 20. The hotel is amazing.
Leaving there, they read reviews and were horrified, but when they arrived there, it seems that people were in a completely different hotel)))) Everything is fine there: food, beach, people, ocean, pools.
I will try to write in more detail for people who are looking for a really normal review : )
1. Beach. During the night, algae is washed ashore, but everything is removed in the morning, so the beach is perfectly clean and white gobies did not come across in the sand.
2. Food. 2 times there were sushi, and very tasty, every day up to 10 types of fruits, meat, oysters, mussels, many types of side dishes and desserts... mmm... just amazing: tiramisu, cheesecakes, jelly, donuts... in short, very tasty

3. Number. A/C, TV, fridge all worked perfectly. the minibar, by the way, is free, every day they put clean water, Pepsi, Sprite and beer. There are no complaints about cleaning. The room is huge, in the middle it is divided by a curtain and it turns out, as it were, 2 parts: a bedroom and a living room, och. nice
4. Staff. Whatever you ask, they will do it and bring it. Is free! ))) They constantly sing, dance and are in a good mood, which is what we wish you.
5. The territory of the hotel. Free of charge: tennis, incl. and rackets))), masks on the beach, tubes for hire, sailboats to ride the waves, canoes with oars to swim. "Pool. v. large, also cleaned every day.
6. Flight. Well, and the only fly in the ointment is a tiring flight. From Moscow takes 9 hours 50 minutes. do not listen to anyone who says that 11-12 hours. We returned back at 9:30. The Transaero feeds wonderfully (they just read it too, like take food with you, the food is disgusting), so you shouldn’t take any food. fed 2 times for slaughter. It’s easier to fly back, because at night you can sleep, but there... Let the thought console you that you are flying to rest in paradise))))
