On the way back, when we were waiting for the transfer, the manager kept track of our flight schedule and informed us that our flight was delayed by an hour and we would not have time to connect in Paris. She told in detail what to do, with whom to talk, etc. . The food and service aboard the Boeing 747 is excellent. I want to note that when we were looking for a tour to this hotel, we were told crazy prices, about $ 5.000 (with a flight through Moscow by “dumb” Transaero), so do not be lazy and call at least 20 travel agencies. When we arrived at the hotel, we were a little shocked by the fact that it was huge and a large number of people. Upon check-in, all standards were taken and we were settled for a couple of days in the Royal Club, then they nevertheless changed to a standard room in building 23. There are no complaints about the rooms, cleaning, service in restaurants and on the beach are super. The food is also excellent, fresh juices, fruits, wonderful pancakes, a variety of alcoholic cocktails. The only thing that disappointed in terms of nutrition was lobsters ($ 44 apiece), in this country they don’t know how to cook them, they tried it, but they didn’t eat it. The beach, the ocean - everything is clean. We didn’t go to animation and disco, souvenirs, rum, cigars are all at affordable prices, there is a market near the Grand Palladium Hotel. Excursions were bought from locals, for example, Fr. Saona $50 per person, well organized! In general, we liked the country and were satisfied with the rest, but next time we’d better return to Sri Lanka, it’s more exotic there !! !
