We rested at the Tropical Princess Beach Resort & Spa - we liked everything, especially the coffee house! Gorgeous beach, food is not bad, alcohol is not diluted as in Egypt, everything is cool. If you need to buy rum, coffee and other gifts, go to Can Juan - it's cheaper there than in a hotel store.
